From theatre and educational programming to video games and interactive media, I create original music shaped around each project’s story, audience, and artistic needs.
Original composition: $150 per finished minute, with a $200 project minimum
Final pricing depends on the length and complexity of the music, instrumentation, production requirements, usage rights, revision needs, and delivery schedule. Standard quotes generally include:
An initial creative consultation
Two rounds of revisions
Final high-quality audio files
An agreed license for the intended production or project
Reduced rates may be available for select nonprofit, educational, and community arts projects. Rush delivery, additional revisions, live musicians, alternate versions, stems, and full copyright transfer may require additional fees.
Track Recordings
Need an instrumental part, rehearsal track, or fully produced backing track? Remote recording is available for theatre, educational, commercial, and independent creative projects.
Instrumental recording: starting at $75 per instrument, per song
Piano rehearsal or accompaniment track: starting at $60 per song
Multi-instrument backing track: starting at $150 per song
Fully produced custom track: starting at $200 per song
Final pricing depends on the length, complexity, instrumentation, number of versions, and whether sheet music or reference recordings are provided. Basic editing and one reasonable revision are included. Alternate keys, tempo changes, stems, extensive editing, and rush delivery may require an additional fee.
Dictation
Have a recording, voice memo, handwritten score, or existing piece that needs to be converted into clear digital sheet music?
Simple melody or lead sheet: starting at $20 per finished minute
Piano, vocal, or multi-part transcription: starting at $30 per finished minute
Minimum project fee: $50
Final pricing reflects the number of musical parts, recording quality, rhythmic and harmonic complexity, formatting requirements, and desired turnaround time. Transposition, chord analysis, part extraction, lyric entry, and publication-ready engraving are also available.
Accompaniment
Piano accompaniment is available for rehearsals, auditions, performances, recordings, worship services, and educational events.
Rehearsals: $50 per hour
Auditions, performances, or recording sessions: starting at $125
Extended engagements and production contracts: custom quote
Rates may reflect preparation time, repertoire difficulty, performance duration, travel, and the number of rehearsals required. Sheet music should be provided in advance whenever possible.
